Schnits have been crumbing products for over 35 years. Established in 1991, Schnits is a proud family owned and operated business. With our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Bibra Lake WA, our mission is supplying quality crumbed products for our customers to enjoy.

1991
Schnits started from humble beginnings suppling crumbed products to the lunch bar and foodservice trade
2002
A purpose-built facility in Bibra Lake with advance crumbing equipment and IQF freezing were introduced to streamline the process. This included our famous Crumbed Chicken and Cheese Sausages.
2013
We opened our second factory. A state of the art facility in Jakarta specializing in crumbed fruit and vegetables. Supporting employment across local Indonesian community.
2014
Our supply chain increased to national distribution suppling crumbed products around Australia in the QSR markets
2019
We opened our 3rd facility in Bibra Lake that consist of freezer, chiller and dry goods storage, administration building and dedicated new product development test kitchen
2020
The baton was handed over to the next generation of the Ferraro family with a direction to expand into retail
2022
Schnits started suppling crumbed poultry into the Deli department across Australia
2025
Our 4th facility was commissioned with a strong direction to supply retail ready products into the major supermarkets locally and nationally
2026
Schnits refreshed its retail brand and can now be found across all major retailers in the meat department in WA supermarkets
